Storage Waiver + Rules

The following disclaimer applies to all customers renting vehicles from Whips Automotive Sales & Rentals.

By renting a vehicle from Whips Automotive Sales & Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility and Requirements:
Renters must possess a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 years old, and provide necessary identification and valid payment information. The company reserves the right to verify the driver’s credentials and eligibility at any time.
Applicable Fees: To use one of our Tire Storage units, a $70 fee is required for every month the storage is needed. If 2 months worth of payments are missed, we reserve the right to sell the tires once they are in good condition. Whips Automotive Sales & Rentals is not responsible for any tires or auto parts that are neglected by the user.
Pick Up/Drop-Off: Pick up and drop-off can be done once a time is scheduled for it.
