The following disclaimer applies to all customers renting vehicles from Whips Automotive Sales & Rentals.

By renting a vehicle from Whips Automotive Sales & Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Requirements:
   Renters must possess a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 years old, and provide necessary identification and valid payment information. The company reserves the right to verify the driver’s credentials and eligibility at any time. A security deposit of $250 is required to confirm your vehicle reservation. This deposit will be fully refunded upon the vehicle's safe return in the same condition as at pickup. 

2. Vehicle Use:
   Vehicles are to be used solely for lawful purposes and within the designated areas. Unauthorized use, including off-road driving, racing, or transporting illegal items, is strictly prohibited. We also DO NOT allow smoking in our vehicles to avoid potential hazards that cause poor air quality or arsenic damage.

3. Delivery Fees: Customers may choose to collect the vehicle from our designated pickup location or opt for delivery within applicable fees. The delivery price will depend on the distance travelled to deliver the vehicle.

4. Inspection and Condition:
   Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle at the time of rental. Any pre-existing damages must be reported immediately. The vehicle is rented in good condition, and the renter agrees to return it in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

5. Liability and Insurance:
   The renter assumes all liability for damages, accidents, injuries, or loss resulting from the use of the vehicle. It is recommended that renters have appropriate insurance coverage. Whips Automotive Sales & Rentals is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage incurred during the rental period unless caused by negligence on the part of the company.

6. Fuel Policy:
   Vehicles must be returned with a minimum of a half tank of fuel; failure to do so will result in a deduction of $30 from the reimbursed deposit to cover refuelling costs.

7. Mileage: Vehicles include a mileage allowance of 200 km per day or 1,500 km per week. Any mileage exceeding these limits will incur an additional fee of $0.25/km.

8. Return Policy:
   Vehicles must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time, or else a late fee of $50 will apply. Late returns may incur additional charges. Vehicles must be returned with all accessories and in the same condition as received. 

9. Termination and Cancellation:
   Please also provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Our company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the vehicle at any time for violations of these terms or illegal activities.

10. Miscellaneous:
    Whips Automotive Sales & Rentals is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from mechanical failure, accidents, or unforeseen events. Renters shall indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims arising out of their use of the vehicle. Any damages to our vehicles will incur applicable charges. Parking ticket fees may apply when parking the rental vehicle, and toll fees are also the renter's responsibility. Additionally, for luxury vehicle rentals, an extra fee of $100 will be applied to any applicable charges. We recommend that you remain cognizant of all potential additional costs associated with our service.
